RAG chat (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
A type of AI chat assistant that can only answer questions using your actual business content — your service descriptions, policies, pricing ranges, and FAQs. It can't make things up because it only looks in your approved knowledge base. When it doesn't know something, it says so and captures the visitor's contact details.
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
Getting your business to appear when people ask AI tools (like ChatGPT or Perplexity) who to call for a specific service. Similar to traditional SEO but for AI-generated answers. We do this by building authoritative, well-structured service pages that AI systems cite.
CRM
Customer Relationship Management — the software that tracks every lead, what stage they're at, who owns the follow-up, and what the outcome was. Think of it as a live scoreboard for your sales pipeline.

Callers talk to a natural-sounding voice, not a robotic tree of button-presses.
  3. A live chat assistant on your website that answers visitor questions instantly, 24/7, based only on your actual services and policies. It captures contact details and hands off to a human when it should. (RAG chat — which stands for Retrieval-Augmented Generation — means the assistant only answers from your own approved content, never makes things up.)

  1. We don't build a fully custom web application in this package. If you need a client portal, a booking platform built from scratch, or custom internal software, that's the Enterprise Operating Layer.
  2. We don't set up a data warehouse (a large-scale database for storing and analyzing years of business data). That's an Enterprise-level add-on.
  3. We don't staff a 24/7 live human operations desk. The AI handles routine inquiries and escalates to your team; a managed human ops desk is an Enterprise add-on.
