Perspicacity collects information submitted through forms, calls, email, SMS, analytics events, and booked meetings so we can respond to inquiries, scope work, improve the site, and operate client systems.
Privacy, data handling, and visitor information.
This policy explains how website, inquiry, analytics, call, and client-system data is handled. Regulated campaigns and client-specific commitments receive a separate compliance review before launch.
Contact details, company information, project notes, call transcripts, consent records, and technical logs may be processed when required to deliver services.
Site analytics are privacy-first and cookieless: visitor measurement runs on our own self-hosted analytics, not a third-party analytics provider. We set no analytics cookies, build no cross-site profiles, and sell or share no visitor data — only aggregate counts. The site loads no analytics script at all until this self-hosted instance is enabled.
We do not sell personal information. Vendors may process data only as needed for hosting, CRM, email, telephony, payment, security, or service delivery. Card processing (Stripe) and the telephony carrier are the disclosed third parties we cannot self-host; everything else runs on infrastructure we control.
Clients remain responsible for giving Perspicacity accurate instructions about regulated data, retention requirements, industry-specific compliance, and required legal notices.
Visitors may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable through the contact page at /contact or the audit request form on the home page.
