Perspicacity may design AI assistants that answer routine questions, qualify inquiries, collect intake details, route requests, draft summaries, or schedule appointments.
How AI assistants, voice systems, SMS, and escalation are disclosed.
Perspicacity designs AI systems to support intake, routing, education, and scheduling. They should be transparent, consent-aware, and bounded by human escalation.
AI systems must not provide medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other regulated advice. They should escalate high-risk, uncertain, urgent, or sensitive requests to a human.
Voice cloning or brand voice synthesis requires consented reference audio and an approved use case. Unconsented impersonation is not supported.
Calls, chats, and SMS may be logged for quality, compliance, follow-up, and service delivery when lawful and disclosed through the client-approved notice.
Production voice uses approved self-hosted architecture when configured. Browser speech, background ring tones, and fake audio effects are not production proof.
